shipping and returns

PROCESSING

Once we receive your order please allow 3-5 days for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All items are made custom to order so please order early to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. After processing, your tracking number will be updated with the mail carrier provided.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship! Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through UPS and USPS. To ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner, please make sure your address is entered correctly! Once a package has left our facility and in the hands of the post office, we have no control over the package.
